Trampoline park ownership:
A couple of notes on starting your own trampoline park....
1. I don't franchise. However, I can be hired as a consultant for a fee. Currently, I have clients that have reserved the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.
2. Opening up a trampoline park is more expensive than you think. It cost around $1M +/-.
3. Getting loans to start your own trampoline park is difficult, but not impossible. The banks want collateral if things go bad.
4. You need about 1-2 million people in a 15 mile radius (without competitors) in order to be successful.
5. Opening close to an existing trampoline park is a dumb idea, whether it's my park or anyone else's. This is a volume business, and the more customers you have the more successful you will be. It is a very simple idea: the fewer competitors you have, the better you will do. There are plenty of cities without trampoline parks. Dallas and Phoenix are two cities were trampolines parks are overcrowding themselves. Several of those will be out of business soon.
6. You have three options when opening your own park: 1. become a franchisee (very expensive) 2. hire a consultant 3. figure out everything yourself (just be careful not to make any major mistakes!)
7. I am familiar with all the good and bad trampoline manufactures and franchisors.
